Lunch is simple with leftovers! We love our #simple tuna noodle casserole, and so does our toddler - for either lunch or dinner! Cook one package whole wheat or #glutenfree spiral noodles; drain. Add 3-4 cans drained tuna, 1 bag frozen peas/carrots combo, 2 boxes cream of mushroom soup {Trader Joes or Whole Foods brands}, about a cup of shredded cheddar cheese, 1 T paprika, and salt/pepper to taste.
